Every Bag Builds Cambodia.
Vietnam exports cashews. Cambodia has the opportunity to export its identity.
The Brand
Not a snack company. A flagship.
Elephant Cashews is not a snack company. It is Cambodia’s flagship premium food brand, the nation’s answer to Swiss chocolate, Colombian coffee, and Hawaiian macadamia nuts.
The brand operates at the intersection of exceptional product quality and national pride, two attributes that, combined, create the most durable premium positioning in the consumer food market. It is built for the consumer who buys Patagonia because they believe in what it represents, and pays a premium for that belief.

Brand Mission
To create the world’s most respected Cambodian food brand while helping Cambodia retain more value from its own agricultural products.
Brand Vision
Cambodia grows some of the finest cashews in the world. For decades, most of those nuts crossed the border before the world knew they came from Cambodia. Elephant Cashews was created to change that.
Every bag is processed in Cambodia. Packed in Cambodia. Branded in Cambodia. Proudly shared with the world.
The Bigger Purpose
Today, Cambodian farmers grow the crop. Vietnam processes it, brands it, exports it, and earns the premium. Elephant Cashews changes that equation, helping Cambodia climb one step higher in the value chain, keeping more wealth inside the country that produced the product.
That story alone is worth millions in branding.
Brand Values
Four commitments on every label.
01
Cambodia First
Every purchase supports Cambodian agriculture. Every label tells a Cambodian story.
02
Farmers First
Feature real farmers. Tell their stories. Every purchase supports the families who grow the crop.
03
Quality Before Quantity
Never race to become the cheapest. Become the best.
04
Radical Transparency
Where it came from, who processed it, how it was grown, who benefits. No mystery.
Visual Direction
Traditional Khmer patterns used subtly. Minimal. Luxury. Never cheap. Never touristy.
Packaging Review
The bag has to make the argument alone.
On an export shelf there is no salesperson, no website, and no context. The pack is asked to establish origin, quality tier, and reason to pay more, in about three seconds. Every decision below serves that one job.

01
The country is the endorsement
Kingdom of Cambodia sits above the brand name, not below it. The nation is the quality signal the category has never been given, so the pack leads with it and lets the product name follow.
02
Engraved, not printed
Fine gold linework at the density of a banknote or a spirits label. Detail at this register reads as craft on a shelf and it is expensive to imitate, which is exactly the point.
03
Khmer identity, not tourist iconography
Temple, apsara, lotus, and elephant are drawn as architectural ornament rather than souvenir motif. The reference is a museum edition, never a gift shop.
04
Bilingual as standard
Khmer sits with English at every level of the hierarchy. Domestic legitimacy and export legibility from the same artwork, without a separate print run.
05
The back panel does the selling
Our Story carries the underdog argument in the buyer’s hand: farmers, communities, and a nation sharing its own crop. It is the reason the price holds after the first purchase.
06
One row of trust marks
Five icons, single line, no stacking: natural, protein, heart, no chemicals, product of Cambodia. A trust row earns attention only while it stays short.
Open before print
- Substantiate the nutrition and wellness marks against the rules of each destination market, because several are regulated claims in the United States and the European Union rather than free descriptors.
- Add the batch code and scan block to the back panel, so the pack and the traceability record are physically connected.
- Confirm the barcode is registered to the exporting entity before the first production run.
- Proof the gold at production density, since linework this fine is where cheap printing shows first.
The Platform
elephantcashews.com
The brand ships direct from its own storefront, positioned as a premium Cambodian cashew with the proof layer built in. Not a catalogue page, an origin record: every bag traceable to a harvest, a province, and the people who grew it.
It is the same proof architecture Imajineer built for Santuk honey, moved from a jar to a pouch. Transparency is the differentiator that competitors cannot copy by rewriting a label.
Batch traceability
A scannable code on every bag resolving to the harvest window, the province, the processing facility, and the roast date.
Farmer profiles
The families who grew the crop, named and photographed, tied to the batches their harvest went into.
The origin story, in full
The value chain argument told properly: grown, processed, packed, and branded in Cambodia, with the economics explained.
Direct storefront
Product pages built benefit first, proof second, with export shipping and gifting handled at checkout.

Long-Term Vision
The flagship of Made in Cambodia.
Elephant Cashews is the flagship of a broader Made in Cambodia premium food movement. Once the brand earns international trust, it expands naturally into Kampot pepper, palm sugar, dried mango, coconut products, and spices, all under the same promise of premium Cambodian origin.
Two platforms will support this vision: ElephantCashews.com, the commercial storefront, and Kingdom-of-Cambodia.com, the publishing and educational platform that tells Cambodia’s story through food, culture, and agriculture.
More production work lives in the Animation & Commercial practice.
