Animation & Commercial

Film that sells the building, the product, and the brand behind both.

Television commercials, lifestyle films, and product work produced in-house: for developments that have to be experienced before they exist, for consumer brands that have to be remembered after the ad ends, and for launches testing an idea before the budget is committed.

Galaxy Garden

A lifestyle spot for 1,140 residences.

Lifestyle TV CommercialSen Sok, Phnom Penh54 seconds

Galaxy Garden is a 1,140-residence development on Street Guangdong in Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, running from studios through two-bedroom layouts across two buildings.

The commercial had to sell a building that buyers could not yet walk through, so it cuts computer-generated amenity sequences, the infinity pool, the fourth-floor sky garden, the sky bar, directly against real footage of the city outside. The rendered life and the actual neighborhood share the same edit, which is what keeps the promise credible.

UC88 Wyndham Garden BKK1

Selling the service, not the floor plan.

Lifestyle FilmBKK1, Phnom Penh77 secondsShot in 4K

UC88 Wyndham Garden sits on Street 322 in BKK1, developed by UC Group and operated under the Wyndham Garden brand as the district’s first five-star hotel and residence, with layouts running from studios and hotel keys through to a penthouse.

A branded-residence buyer is not purchasing square meters, they are purchasing the operator. So the film stays with the hospitality layer: the dining rooms, the sky bar, the arrival, the way an evening actually runs. Shot live in 4K, no renders, because the building was real enough to film.

PurGloss

Testing the idea before the budget.

Product FilmCosmeticsFocus-group cutPre-launch

PurGloss is a barrier-first skincare brand launching from a rebuilt catalogue, and this is the first film cut for it: a short product piece made for focus-group testing rather than for broadcast.

Producing something real early, at a cost that allows it to be thrown away, is how a launch learns whether the idea lands while changing it is still cheap. The feedback shapes the campaign film; the test film was never meant to be the campaign.

Ever Fresh

A superhero spot on an independent budget.

TV CommercialConsumer ProductLive action + Blender 3D

Ever Fresh needed a laundry detergent commercial built on a superhero narrative, which is difficult to shoot live and expensive to produce entirely in computer graphics.

The answer was a hybrid pipeline: live action captured on set, then composited with Blender character animation and effects in post. The result is broadcast-ready at a fraction of studio cost, which is the whole argument for brands that will not compromise on look but cannot justify a major production.

Production Capability

One team, brief to broadcast master.

Commercial work sits between the architecture practice and the product studio, which is why the same team can render a tower that has not been built and animate a character that never existed.

01

Direction & Production

Concept, script, casting, and on-set direction, with production management from the brief to the master.

02

3D & Character Animation

Modeling, rigging, and animation in Blender, whether the subject is a building that does not exist yet or a character that never could.

03

Live Action & CGI Compositing

Rendered elements integrated into real plates, so the two halves read as one photographed world.

04

Drone & Location

Aerial and location cinematography, used to anchor a development in the city it is actually being sold in.

05

Sound & Broadcast Delivery

Sound design, music, color, and conform to broadcast specification for television placement.
